Short description: Acoustic signal processing. Spectral analysis of speech sequences. Acoustic basis of automatic speech processing models. Building computational systems of speech recognition and synthesis. Applications of knowledge in acoustic phonetics to speech therapy and to teaching of native and foreign languages. Models and techniques of speaker identification in forensic phonetics: acoustic correlates of intra and inter-speaker variability; acoustic phonetic-based automatic applications.
