Presentation guidelines

Oral presentation guidelines

Each oral paper will be allotted 20 minutes for presentation with an additional 10 minutes for discussion. Please consider carefully what audio-visual equipment you may need for your presentation. An LCD projector is available in the room, as well as speakers and an overhead projector. For your presentation, you may use the local PC (Windows-based) or your own laptop. In case you choose to use the local PC, please contact a member of the local organizing committee to upload your presentation and test it before your session. Please be sure the font size on your overheads is at least 24 point.
Although we cannot predict how many people will attend your presentation, please keep in mind that attendance can range from 30 to 40 people. Please bring sufficient copies of your handout if you are using one.

Poster guidelines

Please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your poster:

Posters should not exceed 150 cm high x 90 cm wide. Posters should be displayed in Portrait format (the longer dimension is vertical).

Check the final program to locate your poster session and poster number. Poster sessions will be held from 15.30 to 16.30. We recommend that you put up your poster during lunchtime. Materials for hanging the posters will be made available before lunch. Posters should be taken down by the authors after the end of each poster session.
You might want to consider bringing A4-sized handouts of your poster for distribution.
