Refund of registration fees (minus 25% administrative charge) is possible until April 30. No refund is possible for cancellations after April 30, 2022, unless if the unexpected circumstances described below apply.
Current information indicates that Speech Prosody will be held live and safely in Lisbon. We extremely value live participation and consider it a necessary condition for the conference success. In case of an unexpected pandemic situation that would lead to force-majeur cancellation (namely, a lockdown situation, or flight restrictions preventing participants from entering or leaving Portugal), registration fees will be fully reimbursed.
