Cancellation policy

All cancellations need to be electronically mailed to labphon16@letras.ulisboa.pt.

Refund of registration fees (minus 25% administrative charge) is possible until April 30.

No refund on cancellations after April 30, 2018 (not even if due to visa rejection, illness, etc.).
